Since 2015 Kirra Beach Property Sales has sold more properties in Kirra than all the other agents combined (more than 350 apartment sales since 2016 and counting). As a result, our database is huge. Every buyer on our database has enquired about buying a property in Kirra Beach. No one knows Kirra Beach like us. Having sold so much stock, and being so focussed on Kirra, we know the market intimately.
Local knowledge
Most of our agents, directors and our licensee live locally. Right here in Kirra. Not only that, but we also invest here. Presently between us, we own a number of investment properties in Kirra – mostly in the buildings we promote. This means that no one has more of a vested interest than us in maximising the prices we achieve for our sellers.
Price maximisation
Real estate agents are supposed to be good negotiators but sadly few are. Even more disappointing are agents who don’t take their legal and ethical obligations to maximise their seller’s prices seriously.
